Sundays 1/18 & 1/25; 2/1 & 2/8 10:30am-12pm PRE-NATAL YOGA WITH JEAN $10 FEE per session; may register for one or all. **Pre-registration and payment requested at least 3 days in advance; min. of 3 participants for workshop to take place. Appropriate for all levels; women at least 10 wks. into pregnancy. **Please bring water, light snack will be provided**

Saturday 1/24 6pm-8pm VEGETARIAN/VEGAN COOKING WITH Jean $15 FEE **Pre-registration and payment requested at least 3 days in advance; min. of 3 participants for workshop to take place; limited to 15 people. ***Meal will be prepared during workshop***

Saturday 1/31 6-8pm INTRO. TO AYURVEDA WITH JEAN $20 FEE in advance/$25 at door. **Pre-registration and payment requested at least 3 days in advance; min. of 3 participants for workshop to take place. **Traditional Lentil soup will be prepared using spices appropriate for the Winter season**
